Ang Kong Meng, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr Ang Kong Meng was appointed to the Board as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 27 March 2023 and re-designated as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Office on 1 February 2024.
Mr Ang is the founder of Ang & Co PAC, an independent accounting and business advisory firm established in 1980. With over 40 years of experience in the accounting profession and industry, he has built a strong reputation in his field. In addition to his qualifications as a professional accountant, he was an accredited tax advisor specializing in income tax and Goods and Services Tax, as well as an associate insolvency practitioner in Singapore.
Mr Ang holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Honolulu. He was previously a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (CA Singapore) and the Institude of Public Accountants (Australia) (MIPA).
